The work of TBM through its MinistryServ projects/programs is supported by nominal fees and love offerings from its “tentmaking” activities under this MinistryBiz offerings which integrate the ministry’s mission and objectives with meaningful and purposeful work assignments.

MinistryBiz offerings include Christian Life Coaching and Chaplaincy Services.

Christian Life Coaching

God wants us to thrive in this life, having it more abundantly that we would abound in every good work He prepared beforehand for us to walk in. Approaching from a biblical perspective, life coaching helps discover, clarify and sharpen our goals in life and align them with God’s purpose and mission for us.

+ Purpose and direction in life, Personal empowerment

+ Pre-marital / Marriage for seriously dating / married couples

+ Parenting Skills for married couples preparing for or already in parenthood

+ Christian Living: Growing as a Man of God, Becoming a Virtuous Woman of God

The above may be for personal / couples / small group coaching. Life coaching in other areas of life are available.

The coaching engagement is for 10-sessions with each session lasting approximately 60 minutes. By the end of each session, we would have agreed a series of actions and / or assignments for you to take before we next speak.

Chaplain Services

This is a ministry of presence and of compassion. It seeks to provide emotional support and spiritual care and guidance to those assigned to its care. The chaplaincy services seek to provide for these through the following:

+ Psychological support through short term first line counselling

+ Crisis Intervention in collaboration with internal / external counsellors

+ Life skills workshop on self-care, mental wellbeing and related topics

+ Weekly Devotion and Fellowship “Care and Share Circle”

+ Other chaplaincy services as may be discussed (e.g. hospitalisation visitation)

TBM hopes to work with organizations to offer its Chaplaincy Services (ministry of presence and compassion) for their staff, and in addition, related programs in corporate social responsibility and community involvement.
